Digital delivery
The product is a downloadable ZIP containing a blank workbook, a fictional worked example, a getting-started guide and a licence. Delivery is provided through Creem’s receipt email and customer portal after a successful payment. Please check that you can open XLSX files and read the published software limitations before purchasing. This is a record-keeping spreadsheet, not a Chinese tax invoice or e-invoice compliance service.
Refund requests
Refunds are reviewed under Creem’s payment rules and the circumstances of the request. If you were charged in error, did not receive access, or believe the delivered file materially differs from the description, contact [email protected] with the order number and a short description. Do not send full card numbers, bank credentials or customer financial records.
Because this is an immediately accessible digital download, a change of mind after download is not automatically refundable. This page does not promise an unconditional 14-day refund, a lifetime upgrade, or a refund for every request. Nothing here limits rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact support first so the delivery or order can be checked. If a payment dispute is opened, Creem may manage it under its own rules; this website does not collect or store your card details.
Taxes
The displayed price is US$19.00 one-time. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout and are handled by Creem as merchant of record.
