- One currency and one tax rate per invoice; no automatic conversion or multi-currency consolidation.
- Reusable service IDs with editable description, unit and price per line.
The example customer, service and invoice data is fictional. The main ledger is a record-keeping workbook; it is not itself an invoice to send to a customer. Use the dedicated print layout when producing a customer-facing invoice.
What it does not do
This is not a Chinese tax invoice or e-invoice compliance service. It does not collect payments from your customers, send invoices automatically, file taxes, reconcile a bank account or archive documents in the cloud. PDF export and printing are manual. You remain responsible for tax, legal and record-keeping requirements in your jurisdiction.
Delivery
After a successful purchase, Creem provides the download through the receipt email and customer portal. The ZIP contains exactly four files: the blank workbook, the fictional example, the getting-started guide and the licence. Please download and keep the ZIP; the protected download is not a public file link.
Software and compatibility
The workbook was created and recalculated with a LibreOfficeKit native backend. Microsoft Excel, WPS Office and Google Sheets have not been tested with this edition. Do not assume identical behaviour in those applications; check formulas and print layout in the software you use.
Licence and support
The purchase includes a single-purchaser licence for your own freelance records or internal business invoicing. It does not include resale, redistribution or providing the workbook to clients as your own template.
